Returns and Cancellations

If any item ordered online does not meet your requirements or you are unhappy with the product, you can return this to us and we will give you a full refund or exchange it if you prefer.  To receive this, you must return the item to us within 30 days of receiving it or collecting it from one of our branches.

In the first instance you will need to log a return query via our website, at which stage we will contact you to discuss your request.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be in their original packaging.  The condition of the item must be unchanged - this means that it must not have been altered, adjusted or personalised in any way.  If your item has been changed, we will not offer you a refund or exchange.

You must ensure that any item you return to us is protected by appropriate insurance.  If your item is damaged in transit then we will not be liable for this.  After we have received your item, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
