If you are unhappy with a loan or service that you have received from Albemarle & Bond and Herbert Brown, or with anything that you have purchased from us, please use the form below to log your complaint.
We will send you an acknowledgement to let you know we have received your complaint. We’ll then investigate this, contacting you again if we need to get more information from you. When we’ve finished our investigation, we will then let you know what the outcome is. If applicable, we will also tell you what rights you have to take your complaint to arbitration if you are unhappy with our response. We aim to resolve all complaints within eight weeks. So we’ll be in touch soon; in the meantime, thank you for letting us know about your complaint.
